Fitness Center Locker Rooms

Cherokee Nation Businesses, together with Cherokee Nation Property Management, is seeking a qualified general contractor to refurbish the 2nd‑floor fitness‑center locker rooms in Williams Tower II, downtown Tulsa. The work is a lump‑sum, all‑inclusive contract covering demolition, wall patching, painting, installation of new quartz countertops, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, and new hallway pendant lighting. The contractor must supply labor and materials, adhere to product specifications, and comply with TERO requirements. • Demolition of existing cabinets, countertops, vanity lights, and seven mirrors; retain framing. • Wall repair and painting of disturbed areas only. • Installation of Wilsonart River Glen quartz countertops, Kohler mirrors, Nyra bath fixtures, undermount sinks, deck‑mount faucets, and new Kuzco pendant lights. • Required coordination with CNB construction staff, submission of hourly rates, work descriptions, schedule, and any exceptions. • Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on June 2, 2026; bids due by June 10, 2026, 3 PM CST.
