Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking innovative solutions for the modernization of its application and database systems. The goal is to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and increase sustainability. The FAA is looking for feedback on its planned Challenge Based Acquisition (ChBA) approach and objectives, as well as recommendations for the optimal design and execution of the ChBA strategy and contract or Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) model. The FAA is interested in hearing from industry about their capabilities, platforms, and solution approaches, as well as their thoughts on the risks, constraints, and critical considerations for successful large-scale modernization.
