Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Contract - SILO

The US Army intends to award a sole-source contract to Authentic8 for the provision of SILO software licenses, professional services, add-on products, and support. The contract will be an Enterprise Contract available for ordering by the US Army and the Department of War. The requirement is for the full suite of Authentic8 SILO Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software licenses and related services. • The contract is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Enterprise Contract. • The SILO software is the established digital investigation standard for the Department of War. • The contract is critical for mission interoperability. • The contract will be available for ordering by the US Army and the Department of War.
