Description
The Brandon School District is seeking a vendor to provide website development services, including designing and developing a new website that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional. The website must be compliant with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and must be customizable with multiple pages. The vendor will also provide training on website utilization and administration, as well as on-going support and maintenance. The project includes migration of essential content from the current site, archiving or removal of outdated data, and provision of an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) or equivalent upon launch.
• The project timeline is approximately 180 days, with a launch date of August 14, 2026.
• The vendor must have experience with K-12 education clients and must provide a comprehensive training program for selected admin staff.
