The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole source modification to Swords to Plowshares Veterans Rights Organization to increase the ceiling of an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The modification will increase the ceiling from $6.99M to $8.5M to permit additional healthcare for homeless Veterans services to eligible veterans in the San Francisco area.
