A five (5) year Agreement with Cepheid Inc. (“Cepheid”, Contractor”) for the period of October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2030 for the provision of Cepheid reagents and consumables for respiratory tests including X-Pert reagents, Gene X-Pert Systems, Flu A, Flu B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2.
