Description
The Newburyport DC Door Replacement project involves the removal and replacement of two sets of existing exterior metal doors and installation of new doors and associated components. The work must be performed during off-hours to avoid interfering with court business. The contractor will be responsible for running and hooking up power to the doors, attaching security/access control hardware, and ensuring proper operation of the doors. The contractor must also repair/replace existing water-damaged drywall and insulating material.
• The project requires a pre-bid walk-thru on February 18th, 2026 @ 9:00AM.
• A bid deposit of 5% of the total value of the bid and a 50% payment bond of the total value are required.
• The contractor must submit pricing on a time and materials basis.
• The project must be completed by June 30th, 2026.
