DFAC Lockers with Benches

The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) is soliciting a contract for employee lockers with benches and the removal/installation of new equipment. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The work includes the provision of clean/dirty separation lockers, freestanding locker room benches, freestanding backrest and coat rail, interior painting services, and dismantling and reinstallation of lockers. The contractor must demonstrate their capability to perform all required work within Germany, including removal and disposal of existing equipment, minor repair services, and installation of new equipment at a U.S. Government facility. • The contractor must provide separate internal compartments for the hygienic separation of street clothes and work/PPE clothing. • The contractor must provide a 2-year warranty for the lockers and benches. • The contractor must ensure that all work is completed within fourteen workdays. • The contractor must coordinate with the facility point of contact to minimize operational disruption. • The contractor must remove all tools, equipment, packaging materials, and installation-related debris to leave the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
