Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a quote for the CST Studio Suite Package, which includes the 5CB-S2K product with a period of performance from 6/1/2026 to 5/31/2027. The package must be purchased from a franchised/licensed distributor, and the distributor must provide a copy of the Manufacturer's certificate for the lot number being supplied, along with their franchised distributor certification. The quote should include the origin of manufacture, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and a published price list for price justification.
• The quote must meet all the technical requirements stated in the purchase order.
• The supplier must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#).
• The supplier must comply with the Brookhaven National Laboratory Supplier Quality Assurance requirements, BNL-QA-101.
• The supplier must ensure traceability of all products to the original equipment manufacturer.
• The supplier must not use unapproved brokers for the purchase of components and parts.
