The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a lease of approximately 13,750 square feet of medical/clinical office space in Tilton or Franklin, NH, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The lease term is 20 years, with 10 years firm and 10 years soft. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet various federal and local government requirements. Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest, including company information, building and space details, and evidence of ownership or authority to submit the property, by September 22, 2025.
