2024 Sinking Fund BP 5 - Western HS Dust Collection

The Bay City Public Schools are seeking bids for the 2024 Sinking Fund BP 5 - Western HS Dust Collection project. The project involves the installation of dust collection systems at Western High School. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and the Owner will award contracts on or about Monday, March 9, 2026. The bid divisions include Plumbing & HVAC Systems and Electrical. • The project requires a bid security of 5% of the Base Bid. • The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the Owner or the employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendent of the school district. • The bid shall also include a signed Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept a bid other than the low bid.
