The authority is looking for a firm with experience in utility billing systems, large-scale system implementations, and complex data migration. • The project involves replacing the existing legacy billing system with a modern utility billing solution. • The selected firm will provide a full suite of services, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with internal and external systems. • The firm will also provide business process alignment, system testing, and training for end users and administrators. • The project is expected to begin in Q1 2027 and end in Q2 2028. • The authority is targeting a go-live date of Q2 2028.
