Description
The State of Michigan, Department of State, Bureau of Elections is seeking a vendor to provide venue space, breakfast, and lunch for 600 attendees, including audio/visual needs, for the Summer 2027 Clerk Conference on July 13-14, 2027. The venue must be within 15 miles of the State Capital in Lansing, Michigan, and have inside seating for at least 600 attendees. The vendor must also provide a stage or similar area with sufficient speakers, screens, and other audio-visual equipment.
• Venue requirements: inside seating for 600 attendees, stage or similar area with audio-visual equipment, sufficient parking, and internet access
• Meal requirements: breakfast and lunch for 600 attendees on both days, within the State's per diem rate
• Audio-visual requirements: microphones, screens or monitors, podiums, lighting, and audio/visual technician
• Other requirements: tables, chairs, tablecloths/linens, and electrical services
