Description
The State of New Hampshire Department of Safety is seeking a qualified vendor to provide in‑person technical rescue training for fire and EMS personnel. The contract covers five distinct certification tracks (Rope Rescue, Swiftwater/Flood Rescue, Boat Operation, and HazMat) and requires the vendor to supply certified instructors, equipment, and all training materials while the State supplies classroom space, AV equipment, and enrollment handling. The work must be completed no later than June 30 2029 and will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis.
• Deliver multi‑day, hands‑on courses for up to 24 students per program, covering NFPA‑aligned curricula.
• Provide qualified instructors, training equipment, safety plans, and issue certifications; State provides facilities and AV.
• Submit a technical proposal (max 70 pts) and a fixed‑price rate per program; lowest‑price formula will be applied after meeting a 60‑point technical threshold.
