Description
The City of Bakersfield is seeking a consultant to provide subdivision plan check services. The selected firm will work closely with the City's Development Services Department to review plans for various subdivision permits. The goal is to support the City's ongoing efforts to improve the quality and safety for its residents. The scope of work includes reviewing plans for subdivision permits, ensuring compliance with standard engineering practices, building codes, and planning and public works standards. The consultant will be required to attend a project kick-off meeting, provide a work plan, and ensure cost efficiency and produce an exceptional product.
