Contractor Owned Contractor Operated Autonomous Surface Patrol Vessel with Sensor Package

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide a Contractor Owned Contractor Operated Autonomous Surface Patrol Vessel with Sensor Package in support of the Sail 250 event in July 2026. The contractor will be required to provide real-time video using drone assets, airspace safety and awareness, and counter-UAS detection capabilities. The contractor will also be responsible for streaming all information into designated command centers for the duration of the event. • The period of performance is scheduled for July 2026, with exact dates to be determined. • The contractor will be required to provide submittals as pdf or word documents to the US Coast Guard Contracting Officer for approval prior to ordering any materials. • The contractor must receive written approval from the US Coast Guard before ordering any materials. • The contractor will be required to inform the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) of day-to-day activities and plans.
