Description
The State of North Carolina is seeking a SaaS solution for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Emergency Notification System (ENS). The solution should provide a comprehensive platform for managing business continuity and emergency notification, including reporting, audit log capabilities, and integration with other systems. The contract term is three years, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
