RFQ for Elevator Repairs and Modernization

The U.S. Embassy Suva is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out elevator repairs and modernization. The scope of work includes inspecting and repairing or replacing defective components, installing new OEM suspension belts, and integrating a monitoring system with the controller. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and logistics necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. • The contractor must be an authorized OEM representative or demonstrate equivalent certification/experience. • The contractor must have qualified elevator technicians trained on OTIS or equivalent systems. • The contractor must provide evidence of similar project experience. • The contractor must comply with all local regulations and U.S. Embassy requirements. • The contractor must provide a detailed work schedule with the quotation. • The contractor must submit a completion report, updated system configuration documentation, warranty certificates, and maintenance recommendations.
