C-40 Calibration Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Regional Directorate is seeking marketing information from responsible sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing C-40 calibration services. The contractor must be certified by NAVAIR METCAL to perform these services. The scope of work includes on-site and off-site calibration check and certification services for U.S. Navy C-40A support equipment. The contractor shall have a quality system that complies with the ANSI/NCSL Z540-3-2006 or later standard and be certified by an organization recognized by the NAVAIR METCAL Program. Key requirements include: • Providing calibration services for high frequency electronics, electronics, pressure, force and tension, torque, and dimensional calibration and maintenance services • Meeting turnaround times of ten working days or thirty calendar days for certain items • Notifying the NAS JRB Fort Worth TPOC of any equipment requiring support from a subcontractor or OEM • Contacting the NAS JRB Fort Worth TPOC within 24 hours of completing support • Providing monthly invoices per contract procedures that are timely and accurate
