The Pennsylvania State Police Troop A in Somerset is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call snow removal and granular de‑icing services for a one‑year period with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The contractor must supply labor, equipment (truck/plow), and materials, complete a mandatory site visit, submit a cost matrix, worker‑protection forms, small‑business certification, and proof of insurance.
