Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from interested and qualified contractors to construct a new water storage facility located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The project includes construction, labor, and supervision for civil, structural, architectural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, security, and electronics work. The contractor must adhere to all federal and industry requirements and regulations. The project is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
• The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, transportation, and supervision necessary to construct the facility.
• The contractor must perform all construction work without affecting medical centers' operations.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and confirm that they can obtain performance and payment bonds up to $30M for this project.
• The contractor must provide information about their three most relative, recent projects and their experience with similar work.
