Description
The City of Woodstock, GA is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct a 10‑foot wide trail connection from Dupree Road to the Noonday Creek Trail. The work includes demolition of a house and three driveways, removal of existing concrete, site grading, installation of concrete sidewalks, a 4‑inch concrete ditch, storm‑water drainage improvements, utility coordination, and related site work. The contractor must be pre‑qualified with GDOT, provide a 5 % bid bond, performance and payment bonds, and required insurance. Work must start after a Notice to Proceed and be completed within 90 calendar days. The bid opening is September 22 2026; a non‑mandatory pre‑bid virtual conference is on August 27 2026.
