Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking vendors to provide offset printing and binding services. The contract period will be from the effective date of the contract to December 15, 2026. Vendors must have at least 10 years of experience in the proposed category of offset printing services. The state will establish a qualified vendor list for each category, and quotes will be requested from all qualified vendors for specific projects. The vendor must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, and achieve "Approved" registration status to be considered for a contract award.
• The contract will include services such as printing, die cutting, foiling, binding, and finishing.
• Vendors must provide all necessary materials, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies to perform the services.
• The state reserves the right to add more contractors to the qualified vendor list subsequent to the initial award of contract(s).
• Vendors must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to pricing, invoicing, and payment.
