Advanced Boresight Equipment (ABE-310A) Rework

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate a sole source, Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract with Textron Systems Corporation for the procurement of full rework of the ABE-310A. The full rework is to include tear down and evaluation of units in addition to completion of minor and major repairs. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. • The contract is for the rework of the ABE-310A, which is a critical component of the ABE system in the Fleet. • The services and materials anticipated to be procured under this action are integral to the future sustainment of the ABE system. • Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. • Responses stating interest must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of the notice.
