Redwood RunMyJobs Software and Maintenance Subscription Renewal

The United States Census Bureau intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Redwood Software International, Inc. to provide Redwood RunMyJobs On-Premises Software and Maintenance Subscription. The software is required for the MAF/TIGER production and has been used by the Bureau since 2008. The Market Research Team has determined that RunMyJobs is the only vendor capable of providing the necessary product. • The software provides critical functionalities that are not available in other Workload Automation and Job Scheduling Software solutions. • The loss of productivity associated with a transition to a new software would significantly impact the mission of the Bureau. • The Contracting Officer will seek additional discounts where possible. • The Anticipated Ceiling Price of this procurement has been determined to be fair and reasonable based on historical data and comparison against the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE).
