Description
The State of Alabama’s Department of Workforce is seeking a vendor to renew and verify address data within its web‑application and associated files for FTI (Federal Tax Identification) purposes. This is a continuation of an existing annual service and will be administered through the Quick‑Quote process on the Alabama Buys portal. The contractor must be able to provide accurate address verification, maintain the data files, and support any updates required throughout the contract term.
• Perform address entry updates for the Department’s web‑application.
• Verify and cleanse address files used for FTI reporting.
• Provide ongoing support and annual renewal of the service (up to a 5‑year total term).
• Comply with Alabama’s standard Quick‑Quote contractual terms (including E‑Verify, tax‑exemption, and electronic payment requirements).
• Must be registered in Alabama Buys and able to submit a quotation before the June 5, 2026 deadline.
