Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract for SPS Reverse Osmosis Equipment Maintenance Services at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. The contract will be for one base year with four option years, from 02/01/2026 through 01/31/2031. The required services include specialized water system PM maintenance and repair services, as well as parts and materials used to complete the repair and maintenance. Interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement by 01/03/2026.
• The contract is for maintenance and repair services for clinical laboratory reagent water systems.
• The services will be provided at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, LA.
• The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price contract.
• Interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
