Description
Washtenaw Community College is seeking a complete semiconductor‑lab educational vacuum system consisting of six bench‑top vacuum chambers and six matching oil‑free vacuum pumps, plus all required accessories, to be delivered, installed, and accepted by mid‑June 2026. The equipment must be new, meet specific size, weight, and performance criteria, and be shipped FOB with pre‑paid freight. The college will evaluate proposals on overall value, technical compliance, price, and delivery schedule.
• 6 vacuum chambers (8‑12 in internal diameter, ≤ 50 lb empty weight per addendum) with multiple ports, gauges, and manual valves.
• 6 oil‑free bench‑top pumps (≤ ½ HP, ≤ 60 Torr absolute, ≤ 40 lb weight, ≤ 60 dB noise).
• Full system integration, testing, and optional preferred features (hinged doors, scroll/diaphragm pumps, stainless‑steel bellows hose, relief valves).
• Delivery of first chamber by May 4 2026 (preferred) and complete system by June 15 2026.
• Proposals submitted electronically as a single PDF by April 8 2026, 2 pm EDT.
