Pump Station No. 9 Phase 2, Pump Equipment Installation and Construction

This sealed‑bid procurement covers the complete installation and construction of pump equipment for Pump Station No. 9 Phase 2 serving the St. Mary Levee District. The work includes building a limestone access road, constructing an electrical equipment yard and utility deck with steel H‑piles and concrete caps, demolishing/modifying existing structures, installing pumps, variable‑frequency drives, controls, associated piping, couplings, siphon breakers, motors, level transducers, HVAC, generators, transformers, cable trays, and all required electrical and mechanical connections to make the system fully operational for four pump units. • Installation of civil works (access road, pile caps, utility deck) and demolition/modification of existing pump house. • Mechanical scope: delivery, placement, and commissioning of pumps, drives, controllers, automatic transfer switches, and related piping & fittings. • Electrical scope: wiring, switchboards, generators, transformers, conduit, and HVAC integration. • Requirement to obtain plans/specifications from the Engineer (fee $75) and comply with a 5 % bid guaranty.
