Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 intends to award a one-time, Firm Fixed Price, sole source award to Wolfpack Medical Supply LLC for the purchase of an AVVIGO + Multi-Modality Guidance Systems. This system is exclusive and proprietary to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Boston Scientific, and Wolfpack Medical Supply LLC is authorized to provide the required equipment. The contract will provide all equipment and accessories, installation services, and project management support for use at VISN 15. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing the AVVIGO + Multi-Modality Guidance Systems * Installation services * Project management support * The system is exclusive and proprietary to Boston Scientific * Wolfpack Medical Supply LLC is authorized to provide the required equipment
