Description
The Town of Essex, Vermont is seeking a qualified firm or contractor to provide in-person Assessing support services from October 6, 2025, through June 30, 2026, up to 20 hours/week. The selected candidate will assist with property tax assessment functions, valuation of real property, and other associated technical and administrative work. Key qualifications include comprehensive knowledge of property appraisal principles, advanced computer skills, and ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
