Emerald Library - Intent to Award Sole Source

The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price order to Emerald Publishing for a 12-month subscription to their digital library, with two 12-month option years. The library includes electronic journals in the fields of logistics, quality assurance, operations research, and engineering. Although this is a sole source notice, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. The key requirements for the product include being a fully searchable digital library, hosted by the vendor on the internet, and available to the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) D'Azzo Research Library by IP recognition. • The product must be a digital library of preeminent electronic journals in the fields of logistics, quality assurance, operations research, and engineering. • The product must be fully searchable and hosted by the vendor on the internet. • The product must be available to AFIT by IP recognition as a 12-month subscription, with two 12-month option years. • The product must meet the product characteristics specified by the Government.
