Description
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a single‑award supplier to provide a comprehensive uniform program for its staff. The contract will cover the procurement, embroidery, badge attachment, packaging, and delivery of a wide range of uniform items (apparel, outerwear, headgear, belts, gloves, rain gear, tactical and work clothing), as well as the operation of an online ordering portal for TWRA employees. The contractor must maintain an alterations facility within 100 mi of the agency headquarters, stock inventory to meet a 45‑day delivery window, and provide free sample items on request. The award will be a three‑year base contract with up to two renewal options.
• Supply all specified uniform items (over 300 line‑items) from mandated manufacturers with required branding/embroidery.
• Provide a dedicated, cost‑free online ordering platform that tracks employee allowances, order status, and generates twice‑weekly reports.
• Maintain an alterations shop ≤ 100 mi of Nashville, and deliver finished uniforms FOB destination within 45 days of purchase order receipt.
• Deliver sample garments free of charge within 10 calendar days of any state request.
• Offer a warranty covering the full contract term (or longer) and ensure first‑quality products only.
