Description
The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver road emulsion oil to Yellowstone National Park. The contract will require the delivery of 194,000 gallons of Polymerized Asphalt Surface Sealer Chip Retention (PASS-CR) and 4,800 gallons of Gilsonite-based Asphalt Sealer (GSB-78). The period of performance for the contract is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The vendor will be responsible for transporting the oil to various locations within the park, including Grant Village, Old Faithful, Norris Junction, Canyon Village, and West Gate.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the vendor will be required to provide a price schedule for the oil.
• The vendor will also be required to provide documentation of at least three projects with locations, dates of application, references, and photographs of the roadways and parking areas for the 5-year performance requirement.
• The National Park Service will evaluate the quotes based on technical and prior experience, as well as price.
• The vendor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations.
