Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to refurbish and remodel three existing kitchenettes in Building 1029 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all services, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, investigation, studies, specifications, drawings, and supervision as required in connection with this Statement of Work (SOW) for the design, ordering, and installation of a successful completed project. The work will include demolishing, removing, and replacing cabinetry, flooring, lights, fixtures, sinks, disposals, osmosis systems, ceiling tiles, etc. in their entirety.
Some key points to consider are:
* The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, including Federal and Kirtland AFB building codes.
* A site visit is scheduled for 21 April 2026, and attendance is limited to two representatives per company.
* The contractor must provide a technical approach narrative, no more than two pages, demonstrating how they intend to meet the requirements in the SOW.
* The basis for award will be the lowest priced proposal that meets all evaluation factors, including technical acceptability.
