CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 35 AT WALKER CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT

The County of Glenn is seeking construction engineering services for the County Road 35 at Walker Creek Bridge Project. The project involves replacing the existing low water crossing with a new pier and span style bridge. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing construction engineering services, including consultant procurement and selection, contract management, regulatory permit compliance, site restoration project, construction engineering/management, and coordination. The consultant will also be required to provide daily field inspection documents, biological inspection documents, surface water sampling summary, quality assurance results, project files, meeting agenda and minutes, and as-built plans. • The project is expected to start in May 2026 and will last for 140 working days. • The consultant will be required to work with the County of Glenn and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. • The consultant will be required to provide a fee proposal, which will include labor and expenses, including subconsultant costs. • The consultant will be required to provide a work plan and project schedule, which will include tasks, benchmarks, and time required for each phase of the work.
