The North Carolina Department of Administration – Facility Management Division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive window cleaning services for state‑owned facilities on an as‑needed basis. The contract is an Agency Specific Contract with no guaranteed minimum volume; orders will be placed when required at the vendor’s proposed rates. Services include standard window cleaning, rope‑descent or pole‑method cleaning, construction‑site cleanup, special‑event cleaning, and optional drone‑based exterior cleaning where feasible. The contract term is one (1) year with up to two (2) one‑year renewal options, and the State may extend the agreement beyond the final term. Bids must be submitted electronically through the NC e‑Procurement system by the bid opening deadline (Oct 9, 2026, 2:00 PM ET). The award will be based on the lowest responsive price that meets all specifications, including required certifications, insurance, FAA Part 107 compliance for drone work, and E‑Verify verification.
