The project will be awarded based on a combination of factors including qualifications, experience, and price. • The facility will be located on a parcel of land off Charles Bo Harrison Way in Land O Lakes, FL 34637. • The project includes the construction of a building with various specifications and requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide a complete and fully operational building in accordance with the construction documents. • The selection of the best value proposal will be based on a combination of factors including qualifications, overall firm experience, relevant experience with similar projects, project team qualifications, construction schedule and time of delivery of the project, coordination approach, and price.
