Description
The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, Indiana, is soliciting quotes for the repair of Generator #7 located at the Central Utility Plant (CUP). The work includes removing and replacing the front crank seal, removing and cleaning the water to air cooler, inspecting cylinder heads for metal debris, and replacing the turbo. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days of the contract award.
• The contractor must be a 100% small business set-aside.
• The contractor must provide certificates to prove that factory-trained technicians will conduct all work.
• The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on all work completed.
• The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the project.
• The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule and update it monthly.
• The contractor must attend monthly progress meetings with the Contracting Officer and the FBOP Project Representative.
