Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Cincinnati VAMC, is intending to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Cepheid Inc., for the provision of Cepheid Test Kits. The kits will be used by the Cincinnati Pathology Lab with existing Cepheid GeneXpert instruments for diagnostic tests. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated, and the Government believes that only Cepheid Inc. possesses the required capabilities to meet this requirement.
