RFP-2026-004 Landfill Engineering Services Term Contract

The Town of Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the on-going activities pertaining to the continued maintenance at the two closed landfills and one transfer station. The scope of work includes maintenance for the closed landfills, which comprises service to an extensive groundwater remediation system, as well as a number of reporting, monitoring, and testing requirements. Key responsibilities may include: • Groundwater remediation system maintenance • Reporting and monitoring requirements • Testing and compliance with Solid Waste Permits and Permit-By-Rule for the Transfer Station • Ongoing maintenance and support for the closed landfills and transfer station The successful bidder will be expected to provide professional engineering services to ensure the continued maintenance and compliance of the landfills and transfer station.
