Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to produce and deliver 8,900 motorcycle “2028 Passport” decals. The decals are 1.5” x 1.25”, die‑cut with rounded corners, printed on 2 mil clear polyester with a white BOPP laminate for opacity, and must use sun‑resistant, non‑fading inks. The vendor must provide proof within 10 working days of PO receipt, submit color samples and a pre‑production sample, and be able to ship finished decals to multiple DNR locations within 20 business days of approved proof (no later than 16 Nov 2026). Security, accountability, and tracking via a State FedEx account are required. The contract includes packaging, sequential numbering, and provision of 20 unnumbered samples to the Parks & Recreation Division.
