The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the rehabilitation of existing structures at a parcel to be determined. The project will include three residential units and will be designed to be energy-efficient and sustainable. The Owner's Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and providing advice and consultation to the Town.
