Description
The Food Emergency Response Network (FERN) is seeking a cooperative agreement to provide and maintain a secure online Information Sharing Exchange (ISE) software solution called the FERN communication, collaboration and management (CCM) portal. The portal will provide various functionalities, including training event registration, secure video and webinar capability, proficiency test event registration, public webpage maintenance, and document management. The award recipient will be responsible for administering the award, subcontracting funds to the provider, and ensuring the completion of projects. The recipient will also be responsible for submitting quarterly progress and financial reports.

• FERN Storeroom online, secure ordering and inventory maintenance
• Capability and capacity information for all current FERN lab members
• Activation management and results data entry database
• FERN documents repository
• FERN Calendar of events
• Document management, including real-time collaborative editing and approval workflows
The award is expected to be around $260,000, and the period of performance is one year, renewable for up to 5 years total, depending on the availability of funds.
