The City of Salina, Kansas is seeking a qualified contractor to completely demolish a dangerous residential structure at 1616 West Crawford Street, remove all associated debris, disconnect and seal utilities, grade and back‑fill the site, install drainage grates, and perform final site clean‑up. The contract is a single‑award lump‑sum demolition agreement with a 90‑day performance window after the Notice to Proceed. The contractor assumes ownership of any salvageable materials and must provide performance and payment bonds, insurance, and a 5 % bid security.
