Description
This Los Angeles County Internal Services Department solicitation seeks renewal licenses for GlobalSCAPE’s Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) software suite. Thirteen distinct commodity lines (EFT Workspaces, Enterprise, DMZ Gateway, ASM Module, AWE Module, ARM Module, OpenPGP Module) must be supplied for a one‑year period (10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027). Vendors must be authorized distributors or resellers of GlobalSCAPE products, submit a complete bid package (including all Appendix A forms) via the County’s Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal, and meet California seller‑permit and local preference requirements.
