Flexible Spending Account

The Office of Administration, Bureau of Employee Benefits (BEB), is seeking services from a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide an employee-paid pre-tax qualified fringe benefits plan for a medical flexible spending account and a dependent care spending account for commonwealth employees. The TPA will be responsible for the administration of the Flexible Spending Account program (FSA) and Dependent Care Account Program (DCAP).
