Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service commercial janitorial cleaning for a portfolio of county administrative facilities in Owensboro, KY, on an annual basis. The contract runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions. The vendor must supply all labor, supervision, supplies, and equipment (excluding trash‑can liners and restroom supplies) and adhere to strict night‑time service windows for most sites, with limited daytime hours for specific locations. Additional optional services such as carpet cleaning, hard‑floor stripping, and daytime service calls can be quoted separately. The award will be based on best‑evaluated bid, and all pricing must be exclusive of taxes and firm for at least 60 days after opening.
