CDBG Facade Request for Proposal (Repost)

The City of Pontiac is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to design, manage, and implement a Facade Improvement Program funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The program aims to improve commercial corridors by enhancing curb appeal. The selected Grantee will be responsible for implementing eligible facade projects, subject to approval by the City of Pontiac. The program has a total of $400,000 in CDBG funds available. • Eligible improvements include exterior lighting, signage, painting, door and window replacement, awning installation, and landscaping. • The program will be implemented across designated areas of the City of Pontiac, excluding the downtown core. • The City reserves the right to select and recommend for award the proposed services that best meet its required needs, quality levels, budget constraints, and other factors.
