Description
The United States Department of State requires engineering and construction services to remove and replace three curb-mounted roof top units (RTUs) installed on the warehouse, workshop, and gym at the U.S Embassy compound in Paramaribo, Suriname. The contractor shall remove and properly dispose of demolished equipment and materials, and also include any necessary modifications to the building’s roofing/flashing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The project is expected to be a firm fixed price type contract. Key aspects of the job include:
